Every twenty years, starting in 2024, only honorably discharged American Veterans shall have Their Vote Counted Twice in all federal elections for: US House Representatives, US Senators, Vice-President and President.

Explanations: There is no higher calling than for an individual to volunteer for military service for his country. They served and deserve an extra vote. America’s all-volunteer military has served for twenty-five years in either Iraq, Afghanistan or Syria. Think about it before you say no. With proposed tax cuts our economy should greatly improve making our military not able to recruit as before. No woman wants her husband away for years of service, typically. Consider this extra voting privilege a recruiting tool.

Starting December 1, 2025, the Student Loan Program shall not issue any more loans to college students with already $20,000 loan amounts. Only when family members or any extended family member pays off their kin’s student loan debt in full; they shall receive an equal amount as a tax deduction, which can be carried over. US millionaires or billionaires may pay any whole amount of any student’s loan debt; to receive a one-time individual tax credit equal to 3 times, what that amount was paid. The Federal Student Loan Program shall not take any more loan applications as of January 1, 2028.

Term Limits: No US House Member or US Senator shall serve more than 18 years and not more than 24 years in any combination. No former US House Member or US Senator shall be a lobbyist. No lobbyist shall give money or gifts to any US Congressman or federal candidate. All sensational or crime allegations against political office seekers shall be presented in courtrooms not committee hearings; otherwise, those making such charges shall pay $10,000,000 to the FBI for each investigation.

Only the English language shall be spoken and written in U.S. Courts. English shall be the official language in all commercial activities. If there is to be a “Government Shutdown” ; all US Senators and US House Members shall serve without pay for 10 days and remain in Washington, DC without Recess until all funding passes satisfactorily with the President’s signature in agreement, within that 10 days. And then, if there is no agreement, both the Speaker of the House Representatives and President Pro Tempore of the Senate shall yield their leadership positions to their “seconds” and all House and Senate Committee Chairmen shall yield immediately to their next most senior members. If there is no agreement in the next 10 days; no Senator or House Member shall receive any pay until there is a settled agreement signed by the US President and they shall not be allowed to receive any campaign funds for their next election.

Explanation: We have seen enough of this dragging government shutdown and what these politicians want last to lose is their power and campaign funds

US corporations with profits overseas can bring their dollars home in 2024 and every year afterward at 50% of the normal tax rate. This tax revenue shall pay off the oldest federal student loans first and never can that individual receive any other federal backed loan. Once all the student loans are paid off, all other foreign corporate tax dollars are to pay off the national debt.

Our Current Federal Corporate Tax Rate is 21% and shall remain that thanks to the “Tax Cuts and Job Act of 2017” and the individual’s top tax rate shall be reduced from 37% to 35%.

Publicly traded US Corporations shall not borrow money to buy back their own stock.* Our current Federal Death Tax Rate on Estates above 12 million is 45% and shall be reduced to 10% for all Estate or Gift valves under 100 million dollars.**

Explanation: From January 2018 to December 2022 our Congressional Budget Office reports $4.9 Trillion revenue; up $1.5 Trillion since 2017, prior to that, the maximum tax rate was 35% which means lowering the corporate tax rate, business activity grew creating more tax dollars. Admittedly, this new Tax Cuts and Job Act allowed companies to write off new equipment purchases 100% vs. profits as never before. Our tax revenues grew 40% in five years during a horrific pandemic. America does not have a revenue problem, but a Washington spending problem. The US had one of the highest tax rates for corporations in the world. Poland has never had a recession since 1945 and only taxes its corporation 19%. Per KPMG: Australia 30%, Canada 26.5%, China 25% to 15% for favorites, Egypt 23%, France 26.5%%, Germany 30%, India 30%, Italy 24%, Japan 30.86% Mexico 30%, Russia 20%, United Kingdom 19%.

*”Frontline” reported 3-14-2023 that American corporations realized that during low inflation times with low interest rates; it was easier to make money by buying their own stock, not paying dividends, than developing new products. Consequently, we now have had a sustained period of rising prices in both the bond markets and stocks, which never should have happened…Totally Unprecedented. The “flight to quality” occurs when people sell stocks to buy bonds.

Super liberal Karl Marx was the first to propose the “death tax”. Bail shall be 30% of all Bail Bonds. No bail shall be allowed for any suspect charged three previous times without any court trial; for that accused person shall remain in custody and All-Night Courts shall eliminate all back cases. Magistrate Courts shall issue arrest warrants where needed, not meaningless criminal summons without the “teeth” to arrest; this chase, capture and release “game” shall stop. A 2% administrative fee of the bond shall be assessed immediately by the bondsman and given to the judge for record keeping. Explanation: One NC., Mecklenburg County man was arrested 129 times, trials zero.

Any person working for a business shall be considered an employee earning at least the minimum wage. All wages shall be paid by company check showing FICA/State/Federal deductions. Companies shall report quarterly all wages and deductions. All self-employed individuals and contractors shall operate or act as a corporation with company checks. Waitresses/waiters will pay no taxes on tips. Full-time employment shall be considered to be seven hours per week. Beginning in 2024 all full time employees of “C” and “S” corporations, limited liability companies (LLC.), professional limited liability companies (PLLC.) and all 501 C corporations shall offer a hospitalization policy with the identity paying 50% of employee’s basic coverage. Internships: college students working for corporations shall receive a minimum of $10,000 every ninety days; with hospitals paying working medical students $30,000 every ninety days. Health insurance plans shall become portable upon payment of an extra 1% over the annual premium to their chosen hospitalization carrier; now, new employees shall have their new employer: a company or corporation pay half their chosen health insurance plan cost. Explanation: Many internship students work for nothing and NC waitresses make $2.17 per hour. Portability is activated by the policy holder making a 1% payment notification of their intention with address changes, both personal and old and new work offices, to their current insurer. Many self-employed deal in cash; only using a personal checkbook, paying little FICA/State/Federal taxes, expect marked tax revenue improvements now, making Amendment 33 work for all.

All females, US citizens only, shall receive free birth control devices upon request above the age of 16 from a local social service center. All below 16 must have written consent of one parent or guardian. Starting January 1, 2026 an unwed mother will receive only $200 per month for her first-born child. She will receive no further funds for any other babies. The father shall pay $200 per month for that child until that child becomes 18 years old to a local social service center. Only DNA-tested fathers that marry and become a family member shall have a reduction to zero dollars per month. No increases in cost of living allowances ever. Poverty brides, unmarried with only one child, that marry and remain married with a state authorized marriage license shall make that female continuously eligible for welfare assistance for one year only with No Federal Tax Cliff Penalties during that time and reduced penalties thereafter by the IRS for only two more years. Every presidential cycle, billions must be paid toward the national debt confirmed by the US Treasury and in Taxable Year 2026, the yearly federal budget shall be balanced going forward or no incumbent US Senator or US Representative can receive campaign finance funds. Explanation: FY 2019 OMB’s annual income taxes estimate $3.422 trillion, spending $4.407 trillion, deficit $985 billion which can be erased by prudence and proposed amendment taxes.

Only a child born in America to a married couple, at least one of whom is a US citizen, can claim US citizenship. Only US citizens are eligible for social services: food stamps, allowances for dependent children, rent and heat and there shall be no “brutal assault” payments made to citizens or Illegals. All incarcerated illegal immigrants shall be returned to their country of origin without expense beyond airfare. Explanation: Direct deposits of $500 per month are being made to Illegals’ bank accounts forever when they sign unconfirmed “brutal assaults” papers. No police reports are required per DSS-8227.
